We've tested subscriptions and lifetime access these last 6 months to find a model that keeps inClimate accessible to anyone in the ecosystem while allowing us to reinvest in new features, global events, and 1-to-1 matchmaking.
Lifetime access felt like the fairest and most authentic way to grow the network and platform together over the next decades.
Now, it’s a single, low one-time membership fee for lifetime access to the platform and the community space — for as long as climate change exists.

Hey! 🎉 The 1-to-1 matchmaking is finally live! I recorded a quick Loom video to show you how to fill out the form in just 30 seconds. Check it out above when you have a moment! ☝🏻
✅ Super easy sign up process and you can control how often you want to be matched.
📆 We’ll have a standard slot every Thursday at 16:00 CET where you can jump on a 1:1 call with someone from the community, but you can also add your booking link to find a slot that works best for you and your match.
👻 No ghosting - we have a mechanism to make sure matches get back to you and book the call, or are otherwise taken off the matchmaking.
🔗 If you have already signed up for our lifetime membership, you can join matchmaking via inClimate.com/matchmaking. The form you see above will show up there for you to fill out. You can also find the page by clicking on “Community” in inClimate.com’s header and then navigating to “1-to-1 Matchmaking”.

We already made a few changes to the layout and moving jobs around will get easier as well.
