You’ve probably seen the many sub-communities we created in inClimate’s community space.With the sub-communities we want to make sure you have a space to connect with the segments of users that are most relevant to you.For instance, I would be in these groups:<ul><li>Founders</li><li>Spain + Germany + Europe</li><li>Energy</li><li>Strategy &amp; Ops</li></ul>To make these sub-communities work, we need to find the right members to:<ul><li>lead them,</li><li>make sure relevant members have joined them,</li><li>help organize first events, and</li><li>encourage engagement in the channel.</li></ul><h3>Challenges</h3><ol><li>Identifying the right members to become ambassadors</li><li>Understand how to support ambassadors in running the sub-communities</li><li>Good onboarding process that makes sure all members are in the right sub-communities</li></ol>

We’re creating an agent in the community space that can connect you with the right members based on members’ introductions and posts.This first agent will be purely focused on connecting people. As a next step, we could look into an agent that helps you navigate the platform better or even help you answer questions about the climate space.
